Last Sunday I did a photo shoot of Baby K, only 12 days young. She was fantastic...she even smiled for the camera...TWICE! Her older sister was great too and very excited to show me her room. The pearls and red shoes are always a big hit for young girls! And their cat Charlie is very friendly and playful and quite the character!
Enjoy your sneak peek...

Elora Gorge | Trash the Dress
Trash the Dress...I would prefer to call it 'Love the Dress', but 'Trash the dress' is sooooo much more popular!
Well, I went out with three beautiful brides last Sunday. And yes, if you couldn't tell....they are all related! No, not sisters! A mother and her two daughters!!
We went to Elora, a beautiful small town, and a dream to photograph. There were photographers everywhere that day, and of course, they were all sneaking shots of these ladies.....they caused quite a stir.
So, without further ado, here are the beautiful brides...Allison and Andrea, both married under a year, and Jan married for 36 years!

Never alone | Waterloo Family Photographer
I am doing something different on my blog today, I am letting my very good friend write it....
Family photo shoots are beautiful and emotional. They are a way of capturing the essence of a family at a particular moment in time. The essence of our family was changed forever this past summer and has resulted in us facing many ‘firsts’; birthdays, anniversaries, first days of school, family vacations, Thanksgiving and now our first family photos without the physical presence of the man who defined love, gentleness, strength and wisdom. However, as with all of our ‘firsts’, on this special day, Ryan was there with us, sitting on our shoulders, whispering in our ears and loving us more than ever. Throughout this shoot as I felt the tears begin to well up, the words of one of ‘Daddy’s songs’ played in my head; “Never alone, never alone, I’ll be in every beat of your heart when you face the unknown, Wherever you fly, this isn’t goodbye, My love will follow you stay with you, Baby you’re never alone.” Tricia, thank you for capturing another one of our ‘firsts’.
